Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

Processing Time: All orders ship within 3 business days of purchase.

Delivery Time: 2-5 business days via insured shipping (USPS, FedEx, or UPS)

Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

FREE SHIPPING on all orders.

All items ship fully insured with tracking included at no additional cost.

Shipping Methods

All items ship via:

  • USPS, FedEx, or UPS with full insurance and tracking
  • Signature confirmation required for all deliveries
  • Adult signature (21+) required for items over $5,000

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

We cannot ship to:

  • PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • Package forwarding services
  • International addresses

Address Verification

For your security and ours:

  • Shipping address must match billing address for first-time customers
  • Address changes after order placement require verification
  • We verify all high-value orders before shipping

Packaging & Insurance

All items are:

  • Securely packaged in discreet, unmarked boxes
  • Fully insured for their purchase value
  • Shipped with signature confirmation required

Delivery Issues

If your package shows delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
  • Contact the carrier immediately (tracking info in your email)
  • Contact us at info@timeandcarat.com within 24 hours

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Do not open the package further
  • Take photos of exterior damage and packaging
  • Contact us immediately at info@timeandcarat.com
  • We will file insurance claim and arrange replacement or refund

Tracking Your Order

You can track your shipment using:

  • The tracking number emailed to you
  • Your order confirmation page (login to your account)
  • Carrier website (USPS.com, FedEx.com, or UPS.com)

While rare, shipping delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
