At Time and Carat, we want you to love your purchase. All items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition.

Return Window

7 days from the delivery date

You must notify us of your intent to return within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be shipped back to us within 10 days of notification.

Eligibility Requirements

Items must be:

  • Unworn and in original, unaltered condition
  • In original packaging with all certificates and documentation
  • Free from scratches, marks, or signs of wear
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

  2. Receive return authorization:

    • We'll provide return shipping instructions
    • Return address will be provided
  3. Ship your return:

    • Use insured shipping with signature confirmation required
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs
    • Keep tracking information until refund is processed
  4. Inspection & refund:

    • Items are inspected upon receipt (2-4 business days)
    • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days of inspection
    • Refunds issued to original payment method

Return Shipping Costs

Buyer pays return shipping unless:

  • Item was misrepresented or damaged upon arrival
  • We shipped the wrong item

For damaged or misrepresented items, contact us immediately with photos.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Re-sized or specially ordered items
  • Altered or engraved pieces
  • Items purchased on an installment plan
  • Items damaged due to mishandling or wear

Damaged or Defective Items

Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at info@timeandcarat.com
  • Provide photos of damage/defect and packaging
  • We'll arrange for return shipping at our expense
  • Full refund or replacement provided

Important Notes

  • All sales are subject to our authentication standards
  • Serial numbers and certificates are recorded for all items
  • Items must pass inspection to qualify for refund
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
