Report Number Matching

Certificate numbers are verified against laboratory online databases to ensure reports are legitimate and match the described gemstones.

Watch Documentation

Every watch includes original papers or equivalent certifying documents from the brand. Acceptable documentation includes:

• Original certificate of authenticity
• Receipt of purchase from authorized dealer or the original brand
• Service records or receipts
• Warranty cards with matching serial numbers
• Manufacturer documentation

All watches must have verifiable documentation to be listed on our platform.
